This summary follows BOYA's company-published account of an unnamed Canadian bathroom-products project, published on 10 September 2026. Coatings and custom five-layer corrugated board went through repeated sampling before production.

Shipment inspection and pallet handling

Flat-packed packaging arrived intact, but early pallet unloading caused tipping and damage. BOYA and the customer lowered stacks, adjusted pallet dimensions, added corner protection and confirmed forklift handling. Replacement items went in the next shipment. Customer staff in China inspected shipments before sea freight.

What the project record establishes

The project manager reported improved later deliveries. This is project feedback; no detailed QC or test report is publicly provided. The account does not establish a general zero-damage guarantee.
