Custom rigid gift boxes
BOYA Printing makes rigid gift boxes in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, for gift sets, cosmetics, accessories and consumer products. Choose the box around the complete contents: the product, accessories, printed cards and any insert. Send a reference package or drawing if you have one, together with the finished dimensions and the way the product should be presented and removed.
Materials, inserts and finishes
Compare a lid-and-base box with a book-style box or a drawer box. A lid-and-base format has a separate cover; a book-style format opens on a hinge; a drawer slides from its sleeve. Magnetic closures and ribbon details can be discussed for the appropriate construction. Confirm the closure and assembly in the sample rather than treating a photograph as the specification.
Review the rigid board, printed or decorative wrapping paper, and any internal support together. Specify the insert's contact points, openings and accessory positions. Paperboard and foam insert approaches need different fit and assembly checks; our insert approval guide explains what to review.
BOYA's published capabilities include printing, lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV. Choose finishes against the intended paper and artwork, then approve the actual colour and surface reference. See our spot UV guide.
Sample the complete pack
Use the actual product and accessories to check fit, opening, closure, removal and insert interference. Agree which details a structural sample and a printed sample will represent. Recheck affected items after a board, dimension, insert or artwork change. Use the proof approval checklist to record the approved version.
