Color boxes are our strongest line. We offset-print litho-laminated facings and mount them on E/B-flute corrugated board. The result combines retail-shelf graphics with the strength of a shipping carton, for faucets, shower heads, tools, hardware kits and small appliances.

Offset Print Quality (GMI-Certified Color)
Finishes: matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, hot foil, cold foil, embossing and water-resistant coating. We check color against your approved proof under a light box.

We match the board and flute grade to your product's weight and shipping route. We confirm the structure on a sample before mass production.
Case (anonymized): for a Canadian bathroom-fixture client, we lowered the pallet height, changed the pallet and added corner protectors to stop cartons tipping during unloading.

What is the difference between a color box and a folding carton?
A color box laminates printed paper onto corrugated board, so it is stronger for heavy products. A folding carton is a single-ply paperboard box.
