Faucets, shower systems and bath fixtures are heavy and high-value, and their finishes scratch easily. They also sell on looks. Their packaging has to protect chrome and glass through long ocean freight while still presenting well on a home-improvement shelf or in an e-commerce unboxing. BOYA Printing has made this kind of packaging since 2003 in Xiaolan, Zhongshan, a hardware and home-furnishing manufacturing belt where many bathroom products are made.

Protection That Holds Up in Transit
Plated and polished finishes need more than a good-looking carton. We work out the board grade, inserts and corner protection from the product's weight and fragile points, then check the fit with a physical sample.
On one project for a Canadian bathroom brand, the receiver reported problems unloading the pallets. We lowered the pallet height, changed the pallet size and added corner protectors, and the unloading problems were resolved. We plan pallets together with the packaging, not after it.

Bathroom products are bought on design, so the box should show it. We print by offset litho on KBA Rapida 105-6+L (6-colour + coater), KBA Rapida 142-5+L (5-colour full-sheet), Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102 (5-colour) and Roland 900 (4-colour, 1.6 m) presses with accurate brand colors. We then add finishes that match the product:

Delivery to Your Factory in China
Many bath and plumbing brands assemble in China. We deliver finished packaging directly to your contract manufacturer, so the boxes are on the line when assembly starts. We can also ship FOB through your forwarder.
