No. BOYA Printing does not sell through an online store. Every box is made to order, and the products on byprintings.com are a portfolio of what we can produce. Send us your requirements and our sales team will prepare a custom quotation.

 

Box Types & Products

 

What types of packaging boxes can BOYA Printing make?

 

We make folding cartons, lid-and-base (two-piece) rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, book-style boxes, drawer (slide) boxes, paper tubes, corrugated mailer boxes, shipping cartons, paper shopping bags, PDQ and counter displays, and inserts. Each structure is custom-sized to your product.

 

Should I choose a folding carton or a rigid gift box?

 

Choose a folding carton for cost-efficient retail packaging that ships flat; choose a rigid gift box for premium products where presentation matters. Rigid boxes use thick greyboard wrapped in printed paper and do not collapse, while folding cartons use paperboard and are lighter.

 

Can you make e-commerce mailer boxes and shipping cartons?

 

Yes. BOYA Printing produces printed corrugated mailer boxes for e-commerce and subscription brands, plus plain or printed master cartons for shipping. We recommend flute and board grade based on product weight, stacking, and transit conditions.

 

Can you make paper tubes and specialty packaging?

 

Yes. We make cylindrical paper tubes, sleeves, window boxes, and other specialty paper formats. Tubes suit apparel, cosmetics, candles, tea, and gift sets. Send the product size and how it will be packed, and we will suggest a structure.

 

Can the box include an insert or divider?

 

Yes. We make paperboard, corrugated, greyboard, and EVA or foam inserts, plus dividers for multi-item sets. Paper-based inserts are easier to recycle, while foam gives tighter protection for fragile or heavy items. Sending the actual product helps us fit the insert accurately.

 

Do you also print manuals, brochures, and paper bags?

 

Yes. Alongside boxes, BOYA Printing prints instruction manuals, brochures, cards, labels, stickers, and branded paper shopping bags, so one supplier can handle the complete packaging and printed-material set for a product launch, with consistent colors and branding across every item.

 

Structure, Materials & Sustainability

 

Can you design a box structure if I don't have a dieline?

 

Yes. Our structural team can create a dieline from your product dimensions, a product photo, or a reference box. We then make a plain structural sample to check fit before artwork. Give internal dimensions (length x width x height) in millimeters if you have them.

 

What materials do you use for custom boxes?

 

We use white and coated paperboard (SBS/C1S), kraft paper, greyboard for rigid boxes, corrugated board in several flute grades, and specialty and textured papers. The right choice depends on product weight, the look you want, the printing, and how the box ships.

 

Can BOYA Printing make FSC-certified packaging?

 

Yes. Zhongshan Boya Color Printing Co., Ltd. holds FSC chain-of-custody certification, so we can supply FSC-certified paper packaging when requested at the quotation stage. FSC labels must be approved for each product; do not add the FSC logo to artwork without our confirmation.

 

Do you offer recycled, kraft, or plastic-free packaging?

 

Yes. We can propose recycled-content board, natural kraft paper, paper inserts instead of plastic, and paper-based finishes that keep a box easier to recycle. Tell us your sustainability goals and required evidence, and we will match materials and finishes to them.

 

Printing & Finishes

 

What printing and finishing options are available?

 

BOYA Printing offers CMYK and Pantone spot-color offset printing, matte, gloss, and soft-touch lamination, hot foil stamping in gold, silver, and other colors, spot UV, embossing and debossing, window patching, and inside printing. Several finishes can be combined on one box.

 

Can you match my Pantone brand color?

 

We print Pantone spot colors and control color against your approved proof, though an exact match depends on the paper, coating, and lamination. Screens and printed boxes always differ slightly, so we recommend approving a printed sample for color-critical packaging.

 

What artwork files should I send?

 

Send print-ready vector files (AI or PDF) placed on our dieline, with fonts outlined, images at least 300 dpi, CMYK or named Pantone colors, and bleed included. Foil, spot UV, and embossing should be on separate layers. Our prepress team checks every file before proofing.

Can I get a sample before mass production?

 

Yes. We make plain structural samples to check size and fit, and printed samples to check color and finishes. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing. Sample cost and timing depend on the box type and finishes; our team confirms them per project.

MOQ from 500 pcs (depending on product and process). Quantities and pricing are confirmed by our sales team for each specification.

How long does production take?

 

Lead time depends on the structure, quantity, finishes, and the schedule at the time of order, and it starts after sample and artwork approval. If you have a launch date, share it with your inquiry so we can plan production and shipping backward from that date.

 

Can you help reduce packaging cost?

 

Yes. We can suggest a more efficient structure, a different board grade, fewer or simpler finishes, a better sheet layout, or flat-packed shipping to cut freight volume, while keeping the look your brand needs. Ask for a quote comparison of options.

 

Quality & Shipping

 

How does BOYA Printing control quality?

 

Zhongshan Boya Color Printing Co., Ltd. operates an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. We check materials, printing color, die cutting, finishing, and assembly during production, and we inspect against the approved sample before shipment. Third-party inspectors are welcome.

 

Do you ship packaging overseas?

 

Yes. BOYA Printing ships to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other markets by sea, air, or express. We can quote common trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP. Duties and import taxes depend on the destination and terms agreed.

 

Can you deliver packaging to my product factory in China?

 

Yes. We regularly deliver to product suppliers and assembly factories in China. Provide the receiving company, address, contact, and labeling requirements, and ask the receiving factory to check samples before bulk production so packing goes smoothly.
